At Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic we provide laser vein treatments for superficial facial and leg veins with our long pulse Nd:YAG vascular laser. Treated lesions include:

• Spider veins
• Telangiectasias
• Venous lakes, and
• Cherry angiomas

The Nd:YAG laser treats deeply to bypass the pigment in the skin and specifically target the hemoglobin within unwanted vascular lesions. Hemoglobin is heated by the laser to damage the vessel wall, and eventually collapse the vessel. The damaged tissue is then reabsorbed by the immune system, resulting in an improved overall skin tone.

Our clinic is in Port Moody, although clients come to us from Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and other parts of the Lower Mainland to treat common vascular lesions.
