What does each membership include?
Each facial membership includes an intake consultation to plan/time services, exclusive VIP pre-access to sales and events, monthly skincare check-ins with our aesthetics team, exclusive savings on skincare products and additional services.
How do I know which membership is right for me?
Many of our long-term clients know exactly which membership they would like but if you are unsure, a complimentary consultation is available to discuss your options with our aesthetics team.
How do I purchase a membership?
Visit our shop or contact us. You can set up our monthly payment option by phone or in-person.
How soon can I book my first appointment?
Once your membership is activated, you can book your first appointment as soon as you read and sign your Membership Agreement.
How long do I have to use my membership services?
You have 12 months to use the services included in your facial membership as long as your membership is currently active and in good standing.
What is an intake consultation?
An intake consultation is an appointment with one of our aestheticians to discuss the best way to time your membership treatments throughout the year and to discuss any skin priming that might be required.
What is a membership consultation?
A complimentary membership consultation is available at any time during your membership to discuss the best timing for your services and the best products to support your skin health and maintenance.
What if facial membership pricing changes?
Membership prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect your current membership terms. Facial members will be notified by email of any price changes prior to auto-renewal.
What if prices change for individual services?
We reserve the right to change service pricing at any time. Changes to service pricing will not affect the services included in your current membership term. Members will be given 30 days’ notice of any service price change.
Do facial memberships include taxes?
No, prices do not include GST or gratuities.
How do membership discounts work?
Membership discounts may not be combined with other offers and may not be transferred or shared. Membership discounts will be applied automatically in-clinic. You will be given a code for online product purchases.
How do I book my membership services?
The services included in your membership can be booked online, in-person, or by phone and will be automatically applied to your membership.
What happens if I don't use all services within 12 months?
There are no refunds for unused services at the end of the membership term, but they may be carried over into an auto-renewal term.
What if I arrive late for my services?
You must arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a full service and late arrivals will have their service time shortened accordingly.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Standard clinic cancellation and no-show policies apply to all memberships. Appointments may be cancelled without charge if at least 48 hours prior and appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the valid credit card on file or deducted from remaining service credits.
Can I share or transfer my membership benefits?
No, Membership benefits are exclusive to members and cannot be shared or transferred
Do memberships automatically renew?
Yes, memberships auto-renew after 12 months, or at the end of the membership term, unless cancellation is requested.
What if I need to cancel my facial membership?
During your initial term, monthly payment memberships may be cancelled after a minimum 6-month period and only if you have a change of address more than 20km away or permanent disability as established by a letter from your physician. Pre-paid memberships may be cancelled any time. Cancellation during an auto-renewal term may be done at any time with 30 days written notice. Refunds will not be given for unused treatments.
Do you ever refuse service?
Yes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
