Cancellation Policy

To confirm any appointment – whether taking place online, by phone, or in-person – a valid credit card must be kept on file. There is no charge for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.

In order to maintain the highest standards of service and keep our pricing accessible to all clients, the following strict 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Consultations

For missed consultations, cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the appointment time, and late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, an automated fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Services

For missed service appointments, cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours, and late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, an automated fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Fees

Clients who incur more than three (3) late fees may be restricted from booking future appointments. Reinstatement of booking privileges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
