All bookings whether online, by telephone, or in person, require a valid credit card on file. There is no fee for appointments rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

For missed consultations, those cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, and late arrivals over 15 minutes, the following automated fee will be charged to the credit card on file:

50% of scheduled service cost
Aesthetic Medicine
Consultation fees apply as stated above. For missed injection appointments, those cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, and late arrivals over 15 minutes, the following automated fee will be charged to the credit card on file:
Scheduled neuromodulator injections: $50.00
Scheduled dermal filler injections: $150.00
