Brow henna offers you a customized brow colour that lasts up to 14 days on the skin and 4-6 weeks on your brow hair.

Brow henna is a dye that is applied to both hair and skin in the brow area to create a brow shape and help fill in any sparse areas. This long lasting brow dye remains on the skin underneath the brows for up to 2 weeks and stays on the hair for 4-6 weeks.

Henna is a solution for clients wanting their brows to remain darker than their natural brow hair colour for the same amount of time that their brow shaping lasts. It is also a great solution for clients wanting to achieve a more filled-in look without having to use makeup or a brow pencil. Brow henna also effectively covers grey brow hairs and comes in a variety of different shades.

We use Elleebana Henna products because they also offer the unique addition of hydrolyzed proteins, vitamin complex and anti-oxidants which help to strengthen and restore hair growth and improve the natural condition of the eyebrow hair. The most important factor in extending the longevity of a brow tint and brow henna is to not get the brow area wet for 24 hours after application. Also, exercise caution when applying any type of skin care products containing exfoliators (topical acne medications, retinol, lightening products, alpha hydroxy acids, benzol peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid etc.) These will strip the colour faster.

At Halcyon Cosmetic we allow up to 30 minutes, and allow time for a complete brow shaping with your henna application.
