Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic is Port Moody’s premier location for the prevention and treatment of a variety of cosmetic and medical concerns, with services that include permanent makeup, cosmetic injections, a variety of aesthetic treatments, and a full lash and brow bar.
Halcyon Cosmetic Solutions Ltd. was founded by Kelly Hallam, RTNM CPCP in 2014 after decades of employment in both hospital and clinic environments. Kelly’s vision was to not only create a space to support the inner and outer beauty of clients, but also to encourage and empower women to excel in their professions while also building balanced and rewarding lives, including the flexibility to manage families, advance their education, or take time off to travel.
The name Halcyon truly does represent “freedom”.
The professionals at Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic are backed by decades of experience and hold multiple advanced certifications in their respective designations. Our clinic enthusiastically believes only in products that are backed by science, and equipment that is Health Canada approved for both safety and efficacy.
We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity and will happily refer you elsewhere if we don’t have what it takes to meet your goals and expectations.
Pacific PMU
Pacific PMU is a division of Halcyon Cosmetic Solutions Ltd. Since 2018 we have been a leading provider of microblading and permanent makeup supplies for North American artists. We proudly offer industry professionals long-term, dependable permanent makeup pigments including both LI Pigments and Micro-Pigments, as well as LI-FT and Tootaloo pigment lightening solutions.
Pacific PMU also manufactures and distributes their own line of high quality, but affordable, microblades and universal cartridge needles.
