PRODUCT REFUNDS
Halcyon Cosmetic Studio accepts refunds and/or exchanges on regular-priced products within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- If the product came with a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned.
Exchanges or Studio Credit
We offer exchanges on defective or damaged products, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

We are unable to exchange or issue credit for:
- Products that are not in original condition or were damaged after purchase.
- Products returned more than 14 days after purchase.
If a return is approved, a studio credit for the purchase price will be added to your account.
Skin Reactions
If you experience a skin reaction after using any of our products, please contact us immediately. A consultation with one of our medical aestheticians will be required to assess the cause of the reaction and discuss possible solutions.
SERVICE REFUNDS
This policy applies to all services, packages, or memberships purchased in-person, online, or by telephone.
Medical Exceptions
If a service, package, or membership is no longer suitable for you due to a medical condition, we will work with you to find a more appropriate solution. A doctor’s note or medical documentation may be required to process a medical exception.

DETAILED POLICY TERMS
Individual Services
- Prepaid, unused servicesare refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, the purchase price will be held as credit on your account, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Packages
- Unused, prepaid packagesare refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packagesmay be cancelled; however, any package discounts applied to used services will be removed.
- You will be charged regular retail pricing for services already used and for any discounted products.
- The remaining balance will be issued as credit to your account, valid for 12 months.
Memberships
- Unused, prepaid membershipsare refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase, minus any membership discounts applied to any product purchases.
- After 14 days, the purchase price – minus any membership-related discounts – will be retained as account credit, valid for 12 months.
- Partially used membershipsmay be cancelled. Any membership discounts applied to used services or purchased products will be reversed.
- You will be charged retail price for all services used and discounted products purchased.
- The remaining value will be issued as account credit, valid for 12 months.
- Monthly membership paymentsare non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, all membership discounts applied to used services or products will be removed. You will be charged retail pricing, and cancellation will take effect once the adjusted balance is paid in full.
