Our Service Refund Policy applies to all services, packages, or memberships, whether purchased in-person, online, or by telephone.
If any service, package, or membership is not suitable for you due to medical reasons, we will collaborate with you to switch to a more appropriate option.
Individual Services
Prepaid, unused services are refundable to your original payment method within the first 2 weeks of purchase only. After this period, the purchase price will be retained as credit on your account, which you may use within 12 months.
Packages
Unused, prepaid service packages are refundable to your original payment method within the first 2 weeks of purchase only. After this period, the purchase price will be retained as credit on your account, which you may use within 12 months.
Partially used, prepaid service packages may be cancelled but the package discount will be removed from any services used, including the package discount for any products purchased. You will be charged retail price for used services and purchased products, and the remaining value will be kept as credit on your account for use within 12 months.
Memberships
Unused, prepaid memberships are refundable to your original payment method within the first 2 weeks of purchase only, minus any membership discount used to purchase products. After this period, the purchase price minus the membership discount used to purchase products, will be retained as credit on your account for use within 12 months.

Monthly payment memberships are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your membership for any reason, the package discount will be removed from any services used, including the membership discount for any products purchased. You will be charged retail price for used services and purchased products and cancellation will only occur once paid in full.
