Eligibility for Refunds
- product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging,
- receipt or proof of purchase must be provided,
- if product included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned.
Exchanges or Credit
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged if the item is in stock.Should your product be defective or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at and return your product within 14 days of purchase.We will not exchange or give credit for
- products not in original condition, or products damaged after purchase,
- products returned more than 14 days after purchase.
If a clinic credit is warranted, a credit for the purchase price will be added to your account.
Should you experience any type of skin reaction following the use of our products, please contact us immediately. An appointment with our aesthetician is required to determine the cause of irritation and potential solutions.
